  • Before placing an order for a specific design service, if you have any questions or specific inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact me. By availing my design service, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.

    01 - SCOPE OF WORK

    Basic service for digital product design includes specific tasks in Branding, UX/UI, No-Code Development, and Custom Design. This covers a base payment to begin with. The final project price is determined once the actual project scope is received—based on the complexity, timeline, and requirements. A final estimated price will be shared before the project starts.

     

    02- REVISIONS

    You are entitled to three revisions within the initial payment. Revisions are defined as minor design changes, not a complete redesign.

     

    03- DESIGN DELIVERY TIME

    Designs will be created based on the provided specifications and delivered within the mutually agreed time frame, depending on the project scope and the agreed timeline for each design service.

     

    04- PAYMENT STRUCTURE

    Through mutual communication, initial payment confirmation is the final step to get the project started and prioritized. It follows three simple steps: sending the project scope, reviewing the details, and agreeing on the plan to provide a project estimate.

     

    05 - PAYMENT SCHEDULE

    Payment dates and methods will be shared at the start of the project.

     

    06 - PAYMENT REFUND POLICY

    Transparency and fairness are ensured in the refund policy. In case of project cancellation—

     

    i. Cancellation Before Project Initiation:

    A minor 5% administrative fee will be applied.

     

    ii. Cancellation After Project Initiation:

    You will incur a 5% administrative fee plus a percentage of the initial payment, which may range from 20% to 80%. The exact amount retained will be determined based on the effort expended.
